📱 Getting Started

System Requirements

• Apple Watch: watchOS 10.0 or later
• iPhone: iOS 17.0 or later
• Your Apple Watch and iPhone must be paired

First Time Setup

1. Install Focus on your iPhone from the App Store
2. The Watch app will automatically install on your paired Apple Watch
3. Open Focus on your Apple Watch and tap START to begin your first session
4. View your statistics on the iPhone app

Starting a Focus Session

1. Raise your wrist to wake your Apple Watch
2. Open the Focus app
3. Tap the START button
4. Focus for 25 minutes
