The unlock is a one-time purchase on the App Store. It adds categories up to 30, and it opens the last 8 weeks and the last 12 months. It is not a subscription. If you bought the unlock and the app still shows the free limits, open the purchase page and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID that made the purchase. For a refund, request it from Apple through the App Store.
Start and stop a session on Apple Watch. The iPhone shows statistics and can edit or delete a finished session. The iPhone cannot start or end a session that is still running. Paused time is not counted. A session that runs past midnight stays one record. The daily statistics split it at midnight. New installs include Short videos, X, and Movies. You can rename a category or add your own. Free use allows 3 categories and the last 7 days. Earlier records stay saved when a longer range is locked.
Keep both apps installed, and keep the watch paired with the iPhone. Categories you edit on iPhone are sent to the watch. A finished session is sent from the watch to the iPhone. An edit made later on the iPhone is not sent back to the watch.
